Dementor HYBRID Maxskill
I stumbled across #Death today and turned him into a #noCC #Dementor for my #HarryPotter game. He's a #HYBRID (#vampire & #spellcaster) has #maxskill & #maxperks in both vamp and caster powers (#magic book doesn't show up in CAS). Has #death's voice and black mist. edited his features but you can't see them lol. can walk in sunlight.
