Art Koch is by no means wealthy, though he is doing fairly well for himself as a fashion photographer. He was able to purchase and move into a larget house with more than one room, which is good because he's recently gained custody of Kaori, a teen girl who was kicked out of her grandparents' home for getting pregnant.
