IN MY OPINION: A gallery pose is not flagged by MAXIS as a #CC because it isn't #CC, it is a #mod. #CC would be content that alters the sim itself; content that you yourself would have to have to recreate the uploaded SIM. - Therefore I do not flag my pose moded #NOCC Sims as having CC because when anyone downloads them they will appear just as pictured with all the content still present.
