Winston Klump is an evil theif who bribed his way to become warden of a small orphanage. He uses that positiion to force his wards to steal from nearby towns through threats, deprivatopm of food or physical abuse. Winston hates children and actively prevents potential adoptive parents from meeting the boys in "his crew".
