On the other side of the Volcano in Cobalt Bay resides the Cerulean Stingray Tribe. They believe they are the true protectors of Sulani & are natural enemies with the non-aggressive Ember Thorn Clan. The Rays are stronger, swim faster & see better at deeper depths. They tease Embers for this & the fact that their tribe is taller.
