In her early teen years, Carolina used to work for her daddy at "Cajun Cuisine" Resteraunt. After her daddy past away & the people in town went off to war Carolina wasn't getting any customers. That's when she thought of a brillant idea to join the army and cook for the soilders! Now she resides in Brindleton Bay with her granddaughter. Carolina's daughter Beatrice died from heart failure and now Carolina is taking care of Beulah. She also joined a senoir's club too! #Southern #NewOrleans #POC
