This is my version of Harrowhark Nonagesimus, Reverand Daughter of the Ninth House. Inspired by her character in Tamsyn Muir's book, "Gideon The Ninth." In the book, she is a seriously powerful Necromancer who always has her face painted as a skull (honestly, I should probably have made her look a lot scarier...).
