Owen was a mistake in the eyes of his parents. When Jolene Friedman (by Peapod79) hooked up with Gustav Wier (by LisabeeSims) both had intended on creating offspring to carry on their line, but neither were happy with the outcome. Over time Owen struggled to balance his dark-sided genes with his desire to do good in the world.
