Maxed out all skills bar Fabrication and Juice Fizzing as he was maxed before I purchased Eco Lifestyle. I also do not own any of the game packs, but I do own every expansion so all skills from those should be maxed out :) he has also maxed many jobs and is a 5 star celebrity. he also has nearly every aspiration perk brought and has many many traits due to completion of many aspirations!
