Valerie and Mai have worked hard so their kids have the best future possible, although it's harder as everone grows up. Yasmin and Colt take every chance to act out and constantly fight with their little sister Tilly, who is literally evil. At least little Rhys is always as good as gold and won't be entering the teenage stage for a good long while.
