Roky and his band 'The 13th Floor Elevators' were touring back in '69 and befriended a troubled, distraught young woman named Angel Downe after a show one night. Roky was taken with Angel and her sad story about a missing friend, dark forces and black magic. "If you have ghosts, you have everything", Roky told her.
