Mulligan is a leprechaun. He lives out in a cabin in the woods where he can live without everyone trying to find his pot of gold. After many years of trying to find it people gave up. Mulligan was smart and instead of hiding his gold in the standard pot, he keeps it in plain sight. Using his skills he melted down his gold into rings which he wears everyday and no one is the wiser.
