Tiara was born of a teen pregnancy. Her mother at a young age was neglectful and poor Tiara became a child of the system, moving from foster home to foster home. Rebelling became natural to her and so did stealing. On her 18th birthday Tiara was kicked out of her current foster home due to all the trouble she had caused. She was penniless and homeless.
