Josephine THE painter of the MOUSE PEOPLE. They love her, protect her and THINK (!) she is vitally important to the community ONLY because SHE is the ONLY ONE who CAN paint nice pictures. Some of the mouse people DO WONDER if Josephine is TRULY creating or simply fingerpainting which EVRYONE can do. But since they are mice they DOUBT their own judgment.
