She took Brendon along just to documant the enitire exporation of the Jungle and the temple. And to be honest, no one really knows why Tiffany is here. I'm guessing it's to add some comic relief to the whole thing. Cassandra found her hanging off a man in the Cantina and thought if would be fun to bring her along.
