Penny is currently out of work as there aren't many clown gigs in town at the moment. He's also really sad as he got left at the alter after his wife to be found out he was a professional clown. He is working part time at a hotdog shop as a mascot and sleeps in the dumpster out back. He's ready to find his feet again after months of being down and out.
