Billy is one of #Jack's pals from the joint. He's also #Miko's favorite biker in the 13 Spades Biker Gang. Despite his lengthy record he's over every night for dinner as he loves Miko's cooking & swaps recipies with her every chance he gets. He's also Jack's Anger Management partner, so when he overheard #Jaymes & #Morgyn were having Jack hitch them like he did for him & Snake in the joint, well of course he had to tell the Gang! Miko even let them bring the bikes in the house!
