Farrohk cares deeply for his father; Hashem became ill not long after losing his wife, and so Farrohk felt responsible to look after him. It has been a struggle for the two - Hashem refused to retire from his stressful role as a doctor, and Farrohk wants his father to rest. Thankfully his father's health is improving, and is relying less on his son.
