Shinobi Tokugawa is a famed hitman/assassin for the Yakuza. Unlike most others in his line of work, Shinobi has a strange combination of bloodlust and theatrics. Oh sure, he has killed and tortured many sims but he loves to elaborately play with his victims.. He will set up traps for his victims with the music of Nickelback on a continuous loop & live stream the torture.
