This is my depiction of Lucy Gray Baird from the new Hunger Games book "The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes." I decided to design it after her and her colorful dress in almost every outfit, or items that looked plain and dreary like other District 12 people would wear. I kept the story mode aspirations as I feel they are mostly true because she wanted to be everyones friend or seem that way, but has a knack for music, works hard on her songs, and looks like a good person. #LucyGray #HungerGames
