This is Julieta Flower, the victor of the 30th annual Hunger Games. She is from district 10, the farming and fishing district. At 16, Julieta was able to win her games without killing anyone. She hid out and used her witt to outsmart many of the other tributes. She made traps and caught her food while remaining completely out of sight.
