#BorderCollie This is Fillippa Duckanbulls (Don't ask why this is her name!) and her personified phobia of eyes. There are two versions of the character that she calls 'Eyebull'. A human form, with enormous eyes and horns (he was meant to look like a bull), and a dog version.
