Hi guys, so today, I have a bit of a problem. I cannot get the shiny lipstick (base game) (the second lipstick on the right in the lipstick tab) to shine. I have changed my settings and everything. Any help? I was told it may be my screen, but I am not sure. So please leave your suggestions in the comments. The lipstick Bailey is wearing is meant to be shiny, but I can't see it.
