This poor townie was in dire need of a makeover. The first thing we did was get Amos on a treadmill & it turned out he actually ENJOYED IT. Along with the workout went a diet plan (he embraced as a glutton & all food is good food)! Eventually he gained some confidence & we were able to pick out some new duds & give him a more modern beard.
