So I am reuploading this household. I think it would be cool if #hatsyhomes could make their house. It is on the 40 x 20 lot in #newcrest. They live in a slightly modern home now, with three bedrooms, but are looking for a home with four bedrooms as their twin girls get older. No real budget and though would be nice to keep it under 200,000 simoleons.
