#HalloweenTown > There is an evil wizard who lives in Strangerville in Halloween Town. He works as a mad scientist. He kidnaps tourists and residents and turns them into prisoners in his house of horrors where he locks them in rooms, doesn't feed them, they die of starvation, drowns them in his pool, or feeds them to the giant mother plant in his attic. He then brings them back to life only to tourture them some more. A vampire also lives in the house who drinks the blood of his victims.
