Meet the Klepto-Quartet. The Windenberg streets are run with many criminal organisations. One very fearsome group is the Klepto-Quartet, who are known for bringing in the money. They go by code names as a way of hiding their identities. Marcelo or Big Papa as he is more commonly know is the Quartet leader.
