Javier is a #Selvadorada native I'd adopted into my main household as a stray and made a #Vampire. I've changed almost everything about him. He's a max #Mixologist in both skill and career. As are all of my #Vampires, he's pale/slender, a #GrandMaster, highly skilled/perked. The max Selvadoradian Culture skill had come along with him. It's also clear the game generated him to be gay.
