Orusula comes from a long line of vampires. She was popular among all. However, there was a jealous witch who couldn't not stand all the she was doing. While the witch knew she couldn't kill Orusula she was able to perfect a curse that has left Orusula in a ghost form with her powers slighly diminished. Although most are unable to see her and doesn't realize it.
