Padmavati is the first queen of the Naga. The Naga are half men/half serpent and Padmavati is the only known female and ruler. She believes she is a demigoddess because she was given the powers of divination. As the leader, Padmavati has made the Naga a potent force who are feared by all. Those who are honored to be allies do not question or attempt conflict as the Naga are known for creating bloody wars that spare no enemy.
