Usually this fellow prefers to terrorize the local neighborhoods on his own, but when he got an invitation to the #MonsterBall, he simply couldn't resist even if he doesn't like fancy clothes. At least he found a suit on which bloodstains aren't that visible. (Yes, he tested it.)
