Born and raised in a domed community, Johnny isn’t used to the dirty outside world. When he goes to university for the first time, he meets some people from outside the community (cleaners). His professor David is one of them. At first, he is disgusted but 4 years after their first encounter, David and Johnny live in a trash can together, with David’s cat Oscar living in a mini trash can next to them.
