Tereza, Julie and Bugina are three Czechoslovakian women just graduating high school. Juggling their education and romance, they are dealing with life under Soviet occupation, severely tightened in late 50s. Tereza is the daughter of a pub owner, in love with a young man who deserted from the army. Bugina is all about the social life, stuggling with the restrictions of the communist regime due to her wild nature. Julie wants to pursue education abroad, but can't due to the regime #GlovelysQCC
