Sitting at a stop light, 8 months pregnant I find myself staring out the window daydreaming. I notice a man sitting under a tree with no shoes. I quickly snap back into reality and feel so much sadness for this perfect stranger. Motherhood rapidly approaching, I think of his mother, his life.
