The Star Wars Saga is full of great characters with eccentric names! I can only imagine Lucas was eating a bowl of Count Chocula, working on a Sudoku puzzle, while watching Flintstones on a Saturday Morning when he named this guy. Abandoned at birth, trained by both Yoda & Darth Sidious, & never able to reach his goals, one can see why he is so angry all the time.
