Ruth Bader Ginsburg (March 15, 1933-Sept. 18, 2020) was the 2nd woman & 1rst Jewish woman to serve on the Supreme Court of the United States. She co-founded the Women's Rights Project at the American Civil Liberties Union, arguing & winning gender discrimination cases involving both men & women in front of the Supreme Court. In 1993, she was nominated for the SCOTUS by President Clinton & was confirmed. I chose her because of her role in fighting for equality for both men & women. #GLovelysQCC
