Vampire/Spellcaster hybrid twins! I know they don't show up as either vampires or spellcasters in CAS, but in live mode they have vampire energy, the spellcaster levelling system, and can use both magic & vampire interactions. This is a glitch caused by two spellcaster sims trying for baby on a lot with the 'On a Dark Ley Line' lot trait.
