Shana O'Hara aka Scarlett is an extremely talented woman. She is already a gifted martial artist thanks to her family of black belts. She eventually enlisted in the Army and underwent all sorts of special training, finally settling on intelligence work. She is the only member of the Joe Team who has duties that are kept confidential from the rest of the team.
