This is actually the family I'm currently playing with right now, and I just adore them. Cesar met Sunny while he was attending college. The pair hit it off right away, becoming one of my favorite couples to play with. Cesar is a doctor, Sunny a famous author who isn't in the career. They adopted Norman as Cesar really wanted a family (not just cats), and though Sunny was a bit hesitant, he quickly warmed up to his new role.
