I used to play Sims 2 and suddenly remembered the fun of Mrs Crumplebottom appearing during dates! I've tried to do a Sims 4 version, so she's not exactly the same but has Sims 4 versions (like the flower hat). I wasn't sure which traits to choose, but went with mean, snobbish and not liking flirting (fits my memory of her).
