Breasts were created using Traits.equip_trait Breasts_ForceOn command. Create your trans character and bring them in world. In world use CTRL + Shift + c, enter testingcheats true, cas.fulleditmode, then Traits.equip_trait Breasts_ForceOn command. Then shift+click on the character and edit them in CAS.
