These two are Elves based on Norse Mythology. Scaeraálfaheim is the home world of Dark Elves (Dokkalfar) and Alfheimr is home to the Light Elves(Ljosalfar). They are complete opposites, Ljosalfar are described as "fairer than the sun." Dokkalfar are described as "blacker than pitch," and live underground.
