The Mexican Coven was founded by a territory-hungry vampire, named Maria, with an affinity for using others to her advantage, This coven lives on human blood and often recruits young males to aid in their battles for territory. Major Jasper Whitlock was one of the seducted puppets of Maria, as she used him to carry out executions and the like.
