Flare is one of the #13 #witches responsible for the welfare of the witch population. While Flare is a new addition to the #council, she definetly has more ambition than many of them. Flare wants to learn many ancient spells and increse her #magic and chance of helping others. While Flares temper makes her a little unaproachable, she defiently has everyones best intrests at heart.
