Lady Dimitrescu a.k.a. Tall Vampire Lady, is the antagonist for the lastest entry in the Resident Evil franchise, "Village". It's said she's the matriarch of Castle Dimitrescu, and the cause violent homicides from the 1950s to 2020s.
