A lot of people's sims have been reported unfairly, and to be able to see them again go to game options and go to the very bottom and there should be a button called other, once you click it, you then uncheck the box hide reported content. This sims was reported when I made it as well, base sims don't have to have clothes because the creator makes them so you can dress them yourself.
