Though Layne may look pretty laid-back, hes actually a public enemy. No-one, and I repeat NO-ONE in town favors this guy. Hes known for sneaking out late at night to kick over trash cans and throwing things at houses. During the day he scares the children walking by and kick canes from under the elderly. Hes a bad sim.
