Meet Ms.Tick and Ms.Chiff ... As you probably guessed Ms.Tick is a Witch and not a very nice one at that , That's how she ended up being green. Ms.Tick played an Evil Prank on a Wizard teacher in Witches school, and yep you guessed it, he wasn't happy about it and as punishment he turned her green ..
