Well each time I create a person, I try to make it look as close as possible to the real person's look. And after I'm happy with the result, of course I'll click the save button. Then there's just one tiny problem. Most of the time, while taking picture for saving households, their facial expression & gestures just wipe away the look.The result photo of my sims aren't like anything I just made. LOL.
