#Calico Babette and Patty have been friends since they were young adults. Through thick and thin (and a few husbands on Patty's part) they have gossiped their way through life. Now they live together in Henford-on-Bagely with Babette's son, Marty. Luckily Marty is an apple from the same tree and loves looking after his Mother and her best friend.
